Literatura potiguar nos gêneros Conto, Poesia e Crônicas estão disponíveis para livre leitura
As três coletâneas literárias lançadas pela Editora da UFRN há dez estão disponíveis para leitura online gratuita. Um ótimo recorte da atual literatura potiguar. Notícia exclusiva e um presente deste Papo Cultura para o leitor.
Noticiamos o lançamento dos livros nos gêneros Conto, Poesia e Crônica, organizados por Wildson Confessor e Kamyla Álvares Pinto, intitulados ‘Café frio e outros contos’ (contos); ‘Natal e outras crônicas’ (crônicas); e ‘Máquina de sonhos e outros poemas’ (poesia).
Todos os escritos frutos do edital José Américo da Costa, publicado em 2015. Foram 176 propostas. E as comissões julgadoras de cada categoria selecionaram 13 contos dos 36 propostos, 20 poemas entre os 114 inscritos e 21 crônicas das 26 submetidas, totalizando 53 trabalhos inéditos de autores potiguares ou radicados no RN.
E para democratização do acesso à literatura produzida no Rio Grande do Norte, a EDUFRN colocou à disposição todos os três livros na íntegra no formato de Livro Digital e com livre acesso. E abaixo postamos o resumo dos prefácios de cada livro e o link de acesso:

Prefácio, por Humberto Hermenegildo
A segunda edição do Concurso Américo de Oliveira Costa premiou onze poetas, que são os autores dos vinte poemas desta antologia. Como se pode ver pelos resumos biográficos de cada um, vários dos poetas reunidos aqui já foram premiados em outros concursos e são autores de livros publicados, fato que demonstra, de algum modo, que há uma intensa participação na atividade de publicação de livros de poemas no Rio Grande do Norte (“Capital, Natal. Em cada casa um poeta, em cada esquina um jornal” (…)
Diríamos, então, que a poesia atual do Rio Grande do Norte está contextualizada em um quarto período, que sucede o tempo da geração de Zila Mamede, o tempo do poema-processo, o tempo da poesia marginal (a brava geração mimeógrafo). São poetas que partilham a democracia, fato quase inédito numa sociedade tradicionalmente golpeada ao longo da história da república brasileira. Talvez, por isso, tanta floração poética. (…)

… Se o leitor quiser deliciar-se com um estilo mais poético (prosa poética), pode ir imediatamente para as páginas de “Salmouras do tempo”, de “Os grandes amores. Ou quase”, de “Que solidões cascaveiam o amor no outono?”. Aí encontrará belas reflexões sobre o tempo, o amor, a solidão e, ao mesmo tempo, sobre a vida. Qual o efeito do tempo sobre nós, sobre nossos sentimentos? Ao envelhecermos, o amor se despede de nós? Afinal, “velhar é se diluir numa sopa de pelancas, forever”? Ou a velharia é que “sabe namorar-gozando e gozar-namorando, com ou sem viagra”? Ruben G Nunes reflete sobre os grandes amores e suas contradições, nos “ziriguiduns da vida”. Afinal, o que é um grande amor? É sempre paz? É sempre guerra? Ou é uma pazguerra constante? Aqui o leitor certamente saboreará um arranjo magnífico com as palavras, como no trecho em que o cronista nos ensina como viver um grande amor: “É preciso se atirar de cabeça… reservar hotel, sarapatel e lua de mel em Salvador; além de fazer promessa pra Oxumaré”. Outro fragmento interessante ocorre quando ele nos faz perceber que “o ponto final de um grande amor nunca é ponto final… é sempre reticências de dor, perda, falta, carência, arregos, esperanças, redesejos, esperas… e de eterno retorno…”

One to three points can be awarded during the backgammon game dependant on where the
