Para contribuir com a divulgação dessa produção e dar a esses artistas a visibilidade de que carecem é que nasceu esse programa, idealizado pelo compositor e músico Esso Alencar, que assina o roteiro e a direção, além da apresentação, dividida com a locução de Jota Marciano. Ambos já trabalharam no rádio convencional, antes de se dedicarem às suas atuais profissões.
“O programa foi pensado para compensar a falta de maior espaço para tocar a nossa música nas rádios locais, expandindo o alcance para o que a gente faz aqui”, diz Esso.
Esta ação se soma a outras que ao longo de sua atuação já foram feitas com o mesmo propósito, como a coluna A Cena, publicada impressa em jornais da capital, e o Roteiro Musical Diário, disponibilizado eletronicamente.
Jota Marciano enfatiza que estão sendo produzidos a princípio 4 pilotos (protótipos) de uma hora de duração cada, onde estará presente uma significativa parcela do que vem sendo produzido pelos artistas potiguares.
“Estamos aproveitando muita coisa que foi gravada aqui no Studium, mas também estamos abertos para receber material de outros interessados em tocar no programa”.
Os arquivos deverão ser enviados em mp3, entre 128k e 192k, com o título da faixa, constando nome do intérprete e a fundamental autoria, além de um pequeno texto com informações acerca da obra, a ser remetidos via <ac***@*****om.br>.
Essa primeira leva de programas está sendo viabilizado pela Lei Aldir Blanc, através da Fundação José Augusto, via Governo do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, além da Secretaria Especial da Cultura do Ministério do Turismo e pelo Governo Federal.
